Thank you for visiting and shopping MyRing. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after merchandise is created. Creations can take 3-21 days. Orders will not be not shipped or delivered on weekends and/or holidays. If you are experiencing a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email with a status update.

Shipping rates & delivery
As a thank you, all shipping charges are complementary with your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If a rush is needed please contact us directly through email.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MyRing only ships to addresses within the United States. P.O. Boxes not recommended, but will be shipped to.

MyRing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

MyRing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Thank you for choosing MyRing Design.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please send us a message via email at or under the “Contact Us” section.

We promise to do our best to address your concerns and respond promptly. Acceptable Returns* will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. Returns must be in original packing, a receipt or proof of purchase, and in new or slightly used condition. *Custom made pieces or any engraved items will not be returnable.

Once item is received, we will notify you that we have received the return and refund will be processed upon acceptance of product condition. Approved returns will be refunded back to your original method of payment. Unapproved returns will be sent back to original destination.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.If a refunded is to be issued, cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
